NCR Sets, Pads & Books
NCR stands for “No Carbon Required” and it refers to paper that has been treated with a special coating which reacts to the pressure of a pen. There are top sheets (with the coating on the underneath), middle sheets (with the coating on both sides) and bottom sheets (with the coating on the top side). Each sheet of paper is then collated into a set & glued together, so that whatever you write on the first sheet is automatically copied onto the subsequent sheets without the need to use messy carbon paper.
NCR forms have for years been part of standard practice because they’re always used when duplicates or proof of invoices, receipts or transcripts are required.
Our NCR jobs are available in a selection of sizes: A6, A5, A4 and DL, with bespoke sizes also available on request.
Duplicate (2 parts), triplicate (3 parts), quadruplicate (4 parts) or more if required.
Loose NCR Sets
These are the perfect alternative for when pads and books are not required. Glued into sets and supplied loose.
NCR Sets are typically used as receipts, worksheets and order forms although as we can print the sets with any design, they can be used for any purpose.
We can also supply the sets completely loose if needed; simply collated without glue. If you need to overprint with your own printer then please get in touch to discuss this prior to placing your order.

NCR Pads
All the sheets are glued together along one edge into a pad of 25, 50 or 100 sets, supplied with a greyboard back and a loose writing shield. Once filled in the individual set must be removed from the pad before the next set can be used. If you are looking to store the duplicate in the pad then you need our NCR Books.
They are perfect for use as receipts, invoices, order forms or any other instance where multiple copies of the original document are needed.

NCR Books
With 25, 50 or 100 sets, custom printed with your own design, collated with a front cover, grey board back, loose writing shield and secured with staples and black spine tape. Strong binding ensures a robust product that can easily be transported about and is suitable for high frequency use, both in and out of the office.
All but the bottom sheet within the book is perforated, with the bottom sheet remaining fast in the book as standard, however, we can also perforate every sheet in the book if required – this means you can detach pages or leave pages in the book for your records.
